About the Viessmann Accounting & Finance Team;

Accounting Responsible role is an essential part of the finance team to accumulate and report on financial information to ensure the ongoing stability of business operations. As Accounting Responsible, You will assist with routine accounting duties, and provide prompt, courteous responses to inquiries of both internal and external clients. You are also a skilled researcher and possess strong communication and computer skills. How you’ll make an impact;

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.

• Accounting stock and expense reports.

• Account reconciliation with customers and suppliers.

• Issuing of customer invoices.

• Issuing and archiving of e-invoices and E-Archive invoices.

• Accounting export and import invoices.

• Saving bank statement records . 

• To Comply month-end and year-end closing processes.

What you’ll bring with you;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Min 3 years experience in accounting, finance department.

• SAP knowledge of FI modules, MS Office program knowledge.

• Attentive and accurate in the execution of the tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Collaborative, pro-active & cross-functional team player.
