Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or final-year student (with no mandatory attendance).
• Strong English skills & proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of HR processes & strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote).
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support: Contribute to business development and EMEA HR projects.

C&B Projects: Support payroll related process

Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, document follow-ups, onboarding coordination, SAP user creation, and Buddy Program assignments.

Payment & Invoice Tracking: Manage Support payment progress such as; invoices, and system requests (SAT, SAS, MIGO, Skyflow).

Documentation: Prepare and track HR-related documents (visa letters, work certificates, job entry forms).

Reporting: Generate monthly reports (food lists, vending machine lists, active employee and leave reports).

Exit Processes: Handle employee offboarding, document standardization, and exit interviews.

Internal Communication & Events: Organize internal events, announcements, and special day celebrations.

Performance Management: Support performance reporting and status tracking.
