As the largest manufacturer of industrial compressors in Turkey, the company today exports its products and solutions to 130 countries around the globe. With innovation and technology in heart, Dalgakıran Kompresör established the very first R&D Center in compressor business in Turkey, aiming to better understand the requirements of its success partners and tailor solutions according to their needs. In early 2020 Dalgakıran Kompresör moved it's production facilities to its new integrated smart factory to answer growing demand.

We're looking for a Product Specialist  to be part of our Product team located in Sancaktepe ( HQ ).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably on Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years work experience in product management, product development or product marketing area / machinery sector is a plus (preferably compressor, pump, chiller, generator etc. sectors),
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications,
• Fluency in English language (both written and spoken),
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Highly motivated and experienced in teamwork,
• Analytical, result oriented, good time management skills,
• Strong problem-solving capabilities,
• Experienced in multi-regional and interdisciplinary teams with strong technical background, structured thinking, proactive working, holistic and agile mindset,
• No restriction for travelling.

Job Description:

• Work on product line management related tasks in assigned multi-regional product development projects,
• Identify and understand the customers’ needs, the competitive environment as well as market trends for products and applications, deep dive analysis of the competitors and customer insights in all regions,
• Making research and market benchmark about convenient options for demanded products,
• Develop long-term product brand map and execute regional product roadmap by collaboration with other departments,
• Ensure assigned technical product documentation is available and maintained, including preparing and conducting trainings,
• Assist equipment sales teams and distributors for promoting existing and new products,
• Work on product revisions with engineering teams according to customer/distributor feedbacks,
• Evaluate regional markets and competition with related teams and determine product range, lead/follow internal relations with the production and R&D teams, support new projects and product development processes,
• Ensure sustainable business growth by tracking product lifecycle in terms of profit and efficiency,
• Report all research and analysis periodically,
• Search new product trends on the market and advise new product requirements
