  As HP Pelzer Pimsa, we were established to produce sound insulation and interior trim parts of vehicles for World Automotive Industry with joint venture by Adler Pelzer Group and Pimsa Otomotiv.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering .
• 2-4 years of experience in project departments within the automotive industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken) for meetings, presentations, and correspondence. (French is a plus)
• Knowledge in CAD systems (Catia V5,Siemens NX) is an advantage.
  
• Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication and negotiation skills,high sense of responsibility.
• Dynamic, well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, positive attitude, good team player and result oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Preferably familiar with ISO 16949 Quality Management System.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Duties and responsibilities

• Follow up the main time plan, milestones, objectives, resources of the activities in the project.
• Support the project team in identifying, planning, implementing, controlling, and completing the necessary steps to ensure project success.
• Carrying out the pricing, efficiency and proposal engineering studies of projects and products.
• Window person of HP Pelzer Pimsa to the customer.
• Responsible for APQP, PPAP and other related processes of the projects.
• Organize technical meetings and project reviews with all parties; internal and external.
• Report the issues/risks periodically and follow up the countermeasures.
• Monitor and execute feasibility, proposal, and commissioning studies for Tofaş, Renault, and BYD projects in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction with open and proactive communication.
• Ensuring internal and external coordination. Monitoring and management of internal improvement studies.
• To work in accordance with the requirements of quality management systems IATF 16949.
