For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Recruitment Specialist for our Manisa facility.

Responsibilities:

•   Responsible of selection and recruitment process of Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees.

•    Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies

•     Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process

•     Maintaining accurate data in the ATS (Applicant tracking system)

•     Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency

•     Being involved in all employer branding, sourcing and recruitment activities

•    Provide support in other areas of HR as well as be an active player in the set-up of different and diverse HR processes in the company

•     Attending job fairs and participating in other on-campus recruitment opportunities

Qualification:

•     Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

•      3-4 years of recruitment experience in global manufacturing companies

•      Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage

•      Good communication, planning and organization skills

•      Results-oriented with a strong focus on performance delivery and success.

•       Fluent English (both written & verbal).

•    Experience in sourcing of production / engineering roles will be considered as an advantage

•      Good knowledge of labor law

•      Team-player, pro-active and global mindset, easy-going and open-minded person

•      Eager to learn and develop, adaptable and able to prioritize
