Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in understanding customer needs and creating new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and develop himself/herself in a new, young and dynamic sector.
• Proficiency in English, German, or French is a preferred qualification.
• Candidates with live streaming, social media, or sales background are preferred.

Job Discription

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies in live streaming services.
• Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budgets.
• Monitor agency performance and address issues or concerns constructively to maintain high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and performance.
• Work closely with CS, Marketing, VIP, and Operations teams to align with agencies' needs, goals, and strategies.
• Proactively reach out to potential agancies, promote company services, and establish new partnerships to expand the customer base.
