We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager for the Adana Region. 

This person will also be responsible for the surrounding provinces

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Building and strengthening relationships with customer with high care for the long-term ones in order to increase their product share.
  • Developing the business by increasing the customer base also developing new/non-traditional channels on the market.
  • Carrying out negotiations and sales activities, agreeing with them volumes and conditions of sale (price, terms of delivery, terms of payment) in order to achieve the targets in terms of profit, volumes, product mix, revenues.
  • Implementing promotional campaigns and support the Trade & Consumer Marketing activities in the managed sales zone (included training initiatives addressed to the customer).
  • Collecting market insights in the assigned sales territory.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree from relevant university departments
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Area.
    • Proficiency in English (Good)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
    • Experience in managing and developing client relationships
    • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
    • Having no restrictions for travelling.
    • Willingness to internal mobility.
    • Living or willing to live in Adana or Mersin.

      More than 3 years of experience
      Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
      Completed
      English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
      Class B
