Production Executive (Bursa)

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Production Executive (Bursa)" position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in the lines, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Oversee all the lines to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, enhance OEE, and improve product quality. 
• Focus on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing downtime, improving performance, and enhancing product quality. 
• Lead production activities within the lines, ensuring all products meet internal and regulatory standards. 
• Collaborate with the QA department to develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and testing protocols. Participate in the transition of new products from development to mass production, identifying and addressing any operational challenges.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Identify and resolve quality issues for the defined processes through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead and train production staff on protocols, best practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes, including QA measures.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets for efficiency, waste reduction, OEE, product quality, and safety are met. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in production flow, safety, equipment performance, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in production processes.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
